1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for Womb Visions’ own processing is Diana Z. Petrova, operating as Womb Visions. Email: wombvisions@gmail.com. Telephone: +45 20 68 69 53. Physical address: Stenalderen 120, 2640 Hedehusene, Denmark.

Some services used by Womb Visions, including Payhip, Stripe, Webflow, MailerLite and OpenAI or ChatGPT, also process data under their own terms and privacy notices. Depending on the activity, they may act as processors, independent controllers, or both for different parts of the processing.

2. What data may be processed

Website visits. The website host may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, date and time, and security or diagnostic logs.

Womb Visions uses Google Analytics 4 only when a visitor chooses to allow analytics. When enabled, Google Analytics may process online identifiers and information such as approximate location, browser and device details, pages viewed, session information and website interactions so Womb Visions can understand site use and improve the website. Analytics is not used on Womb Visions for advertising or personalised advertising.

Purchases and digital delivery. When you buy through Payhip, Payhip and Stripe may process information such as your name, email address, billing details, country or location information, IP address, product purchased, price, tax, payment status and transaction identifiers. Womb Visions receives the customer and order information Payhip makes available to the seller. Womb Visions does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Email pathways and marketing. If you choose to join an email resource or mailing list, Womb Visions and MailerLite may process your email address, name if requested, consent record, signup source, email delivery and engagement information, and unsubscribe status. Marketing email is sent only where an appropriate consent or other lawful permission exists. You can unsubscribe through the link in an email.

Contact and support. If you email Womb Visions, we process the information you choose to provide, the email address used, the content of the correspondence and any order details needed to resolve the matter.

Your product entries. What you type into a downloaded fillable PDF remains in your own copy. Womb Visions does not receive your Journal entries, reflections or checked boxes automatically.

Celestia. If you choose to use Celestia, you leave the PDF and interact separately with ChatGPT, a service operated by OpenAI. Nothing in your PDF is transferred to Celestia or ChatGPT automatically. Information you enter there is governed by OpenAI's current terms, privacy policy and data controls.

3. Why data is used and the legal bases

• Provide products, access, receipts and customer support — necessary to perform a contract or take requested steps before a contract.
• Maintain transaction, tax, accounting and legal records — necessary to comply with legal obligations.
• Reply to enquiries, protect the website, prevent misuse, resolve disputes and improve operational reliability — legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
• Send newsletters, free email pathways or promotional messages — consent where consent is required.
• Use non-essential cookies or similar technologies — consent where consent is required.

Womb Visions does not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Who receives data

• Webflow — website hosting and site delivery.
• Payhip — checkout hosting, order records, tax handling and digital-file delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention.
• MailerLite — email signup, consent records and email delivery once the pathway is activated.
• Email and cloud-service providers — correspondence, secure storage and operational records.
• Professional advisers or authorities — where reasonably necessary for accounting, legal compliance, claims, fraud prevention or a lawful request.

Womb Visions does not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process personal data outside Denmark or the European Economic Area. Womb Visions will use providers and transfer arrangements only where there is a lawful transfer mechanism and the required protections are in place. Depending on the destination and provider, this may include an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses or another mechanism permitted by applicable data-protection law.

6. How long data is kept

Womb Visions keeps personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet legal, accounting, tax, security and dispute-resolution obligations.

• Transaction and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law.
• Payhip states that it retains transaction details for ten years for EU VAT purposes under its own policy.
• Mailing-list data is kept until you unsubscribe or the list is closed, subject to retaining a limited suppression or consent record where necessary.
• Ordinary support correspondence is kept only for the confirmed operational retention period and longer where necessary for a dispute or legal obligation.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions and limits in applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Ask for access to your personal data.
• Ask for inaccurate or incomplete data to be corrected.
• Ask for data to be erased or processing to be restricted.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing.
• Receive certain data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
• Complain to a data-protection authority.

To exercise a right concerning Womb Visions' own processing, email wombvisions@gmail.com. Womb Visions may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant data, but will not ask for more than is reasonably necessary.

You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, or with the supervisory authority where you live or work or where you believe an infringement occurred.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Womb Visions uses optional Google Analytics 4 statistics cookies only after you choose to allow analytics. Until consent is given, the Google Analytics tag does not load. When analytics is accepted, GA4 may set first-party cookies including _ga, used to distinguish users, and _ga_<container-id>, used to maintain session state; Google states that their default expiry is two years. Your analytics choice is remembered on your device so the site can respect it, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the Cookie settings control on the website.

Google Analytics is provided by Google. Payhip checkout, MailerLite and other external services may also have their own cookie and privacy practices when you interact with them or follow an external link; the destination provider's notices apply. Womb Visions does not sell personal data.

9. Security

Womb Visions uses reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to a small digital business and relies on established providers for website hosting, checkout, payments and email delivery. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Children

Womb Visions products and services are intended for adults. Womb Visions does not knowingly collect personal data directly from children for marketing or digital-product sales. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate permission, contact Womb Visions.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the service stack, legal requirements or Womb Visions practices change. The effective date will be revised, and material changes will be communicated where required.
