Terms of Use and Sale

These Terms govern your use of wombvisions.com and your purchase and personal use of Womb Visions digital products. Website use and orders are subject to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, the relevant product description, the Payhip End User Licence presented at checkout and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

1. Website operator and checkout provider

The Womb Visions website, brand and product content are operated by Diana Z. Petrova, operating as Womb Visions. Email: wombvisions@gmail.com. Telephone: +45 20 68 69 53. Physical address: Stenalderen 120, 2640 Hedehusene, Denmark.

Checkout and digital-file distribution are provided by Payhip Limited. Payhip's End User Licence presented at checkout states that the consumer contract for supply and licensing of the digital content is with Payhip Limited. Payments are made through the connected payment processor. Womb Visions remains the product creator and the first contact for product, access and order support.

2. The products

Womb Visions currently makes the following downloadable PDF resources available through Payhip:

• Before the Miracle — memoir and reflective guide.
• Womb Visions Emotional Self-Care Journey — a 21-part guided digital journey.
• Womb Visions Emotional Self-Care Journal — a fillable six-month digital journal.
• Womb Visions Emotional Self-Care Bundle — the Journey and Journal together.

The product page and checkout identify the files included in a particular purchase. No physical product is shipped. Each purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription, unless a future offer clearly states otherwise before payment.

3. Reflective scope and professional-care boundary

Womb Visions resources are created for general educational, reflective and emotional self-care purposes. They are not medical, mental-health, psychological, psychotherapeutic, psychiatric, diagnostic, crisis, emergency, legal, financial or other professional advice or care.

They do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or manage a health condition and do not guarantee calm, healing, pregnancy, birth, emotional or other outcomes. Use your own judgment, skip anything that does not feel appropriate, and seek qualified professional or emergency support when needed.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. The final amount payable, including any tax applied to the transaction, is displayed at checkout before you place the order.

Checkout and file distribution are hosted by Payhip. Payment is made through Stripe or another payment method shown at checkout. Payhip handles digital EU and UK VAT by default under its platform settings and may handle other applicable sales taxes.

Womb Visions does not receive your complete payment-card details.

5. Placing an order

Before ordering, review the product description, included files, format, price, device expectations and these policies. You are responsible for entering an email address you can access and for checking that your device can download and open standard PDF files.

A purchase is confirmed when payment is accepted and an order confirmation or download access is provided. If a payment remains pending, delivery may wait until the payment processor confirms it.

Womb Visions may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to address fraud, payment failure, legal restrictions, obvious pricing or product errors, or misuse. If a paid order is cancelled without delivery, the amount received will be returned through the original payment route.

6. Delivery and access

After successful payment, Payhip normally provides an immediate download page and sends an email receipt with a download link. Download and save the files promptly and keep your own private backup.

Delivery depends on the email address, browser, device, network and third-party services used. If access fails, follow the Help & Access guidance and contact Womb Visions so the problem can be investigated and, where possible, corrected.

Access to a Payhip download page may end if an order is refunded or cancelled. Womb Visions does not promise that a third-party download link will remain available indefinitely; your saved personal copy is the primary continuing access method.

7. Personal-use licence

When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied files for your own personal, non-commercial use. Payhip also presents an End User Licence at checkout. Nothing in either licence limits rights that applicable law gives you.

You may:

• Save the files on your own devices and private cloud storage.
• Make a reasonable backup copy for your own use.
• Print one personal working copy where the product is designed to be printable.

You may not:

• Share or distribute the files or download links.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lend or give the files to others, except where an authorised gift function expressly permits a named recipient.
• Upload the files to a public or shared platform.
• Reproduce or adapt the content for commercial, training, client, group, membership or organisational use.
• Remove copyright or rights information.
• Use the content to create a competing or derivative commercial product.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, products, text, visual design, frameworks, names, graphics and other Womb Visions materials are owned by Diana Z. Petrova or Womb Visions, or used with permission. No ownership rights are transferred by website use or purchase.

Brief quotations may be used for genuine review, commentary or other uses permitted by law with appropriate attribution. Nothing in these Terms limits a use that applicable copyright law expressly permits.

9. Device, printing and fillable-PDF expectations

Digital files can behave differently across devices and applications. The Journal's fillable fields are most reliably used in the current desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader after the file has been downloaded and saved locally. Browser and Google Drive previews may not preserve entries. Before writing extensively, enter a test word, save, close and reopen the file.

Printing results depend on the printer, paper, ink, scaling and margins. Womb Visions does not promise exact colour matching or identical output across printers.

These practical variations do not remove any mandatory rights you have if digital content is defective, not as described or cannot be supplied in conformity with the contract.

10. Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers in the EU or EEA ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately without a physical medium, that right may end when supply begins only if the legal conditions are met, including your prior express consent to immediate supply, your acknowledgement that the withdrawal right will be lost, and confirmation of that agreement on a durable medium.

If your withdrawal right remains available, you may exercise it within the applicable period by sending Womb Visions an unambiguous statement by email or post. You may use the model withdrawal form in the Refund Policy, but you are not required to use that exact form.

A valid withdrawal refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after Womb Visions receives the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed, and without a refund fee.

11. Digital-content problems and statutory rights

If the supplied digital content is not delivered, is materially defective, is not as described or is the wrong file, contact Womb Visions. Womb Visions will first try, without charge and within a reasonable time, to restore access, replace the file or bring the content into conformity. Where applicable law entitles you to a price reduction, termination or refund, those rights remain available.

12. Celestia and third-party services

Celestia is an optional AI-based reflective companion accessed separately through ChatGPT, a service operated by OpenAI. Celestia is not part of the PDF's technical operation and is not required to use a purchased product.

AI-generated responses can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Celestia is not a therapist, medical guide, crisis service or authority and must not be treated as professional advice or instructions. OpenAI's current terms, availability, privacy policy and account requirements apply when you choose to use ChatGPT.

The website and products may also link to Payhip, Stripe, MailerLite, social networks or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services.

13. Acceptable website use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the site or products unlawfully.

14. Responsibility and limitations

Womb Visions will provide the products and website with reasonable care and in accordance with the description and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Womb Visions is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by misuse, failure to follow reasonable file-saving instructions, incompatible third-party software, or events outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is unlawful, including mandatory consumer rights.

15. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send sensitive personal or health information through ordinary support email unless necessary and specifically requested through an appropriate method.

16. Governing law and complaints

These Womb Visions Terms are governed by Danish law for the Womb Visions website, content and creator-side obligations. Payhip's End User Licence states that its separate consumer contract is governed by English law and refers to the English courts. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights that cannot lawfully be displaced by either set of terms.

Please first try to resolve a complaint directly and in good faith by contacting wombvisions@gmail.com.

If a complaint cannot be resolved, a consumer may be able to use the Danish public consumer-complaint system through Nævnenes Hus where the subject matter, claim value and other current eligibility conditions are met. Because current Womb Visions product prices may fall below the public system's minimum claim threshold, that route may not be available for every individual purchase. Consumers living in another EU or EEA country may also seek guidance from the European Consumer Centre in their country for an eligible cross-border dispute.

17. Changes

Womb Visions may update the website and these Terms for future use or purchases. The version that applied when you placed an order continues to govern that order, except where a change is required by law or benefits you without reducing your rights.
